drop & hook Honored with Trailblazer Awards At TMSA Elevate 2024

The drop & hook team was humbled to receive two Trailblazer Awards from the Transportation Marketing & Sales Association (TMSA) during the 2024 Logistics Marketing Sales Conference in New Orleans, LA. TMSA's annual awards recognize the best marketing and sales initiatives within the Transportation and Logistics industry. Each year a panel of volunteer judges composed of professionals from 3PLs, carriers, logistics technology firms, and other industry practitioners, awards companies and individuals based on their outstanding achievements over the last 18 months. 2024 marks the third consecutive year that drop & hook has earned trailblazer recognitions, further supporting our commitment to being a top marketing agency for transportation & logistics brands.

Wreaths Across America TikTok Launch
With #WreathsAcrossAmerica earning 2.7 million views on TikTok before the nonprofit even had a profile, we knew untapped potential existed on the platform. Leveraging insights gained from a social listening audit, drop & hook crafted a comprehensive TikTok rollout strategy aligned with Wreaths Across America's mission and the non-profit's goal to forge new partnerships with transportation companies. After our initial launch, our combined efforts resulted in significant growth, amassing 575 TikTok followers, 53.7K video views, and 2.6K engagements. In addition to growing brand awareness, we inspired new drivers to get involved.

CFI Performance Max Recruiting Ad Campaign
At drop & hook, our goal is always to do better than we’ve done before, and that’s exactly what we did when we were tasked with generating an increase in leads for CFI’s driver recruiting team. Drop & Hook identified an opportunity to test Google’s new Performance Max campaign type to expand ad reach and placement opportunities, thus improving performance and meeting CFI’s goals. By harnessing Google’s Performance Max campaign type over traditional Search campaigns alone, we increased impressions by 365K, clicks by 4.47K, decreased our average cost per click by $0.58, and decreased cost per conversion by 55.99%.

“It's particularly notable for me that both of our awards this year are in recognition of work completed in partnership with two of our most long-standing clients,” said Michelle LeBlanc, CEO and Founder of drop & hook of the recognition. “I am so grateful that both CFI and Wreaths Across America have trusted our team to work with their brands for more than five years and I love that we are still innovating and leading the industry in new ways together every day our partnerships continue."
