We took the roll-up-your-sleeves practicality that defines this industry and married it with genuine creative thinking, deep curiosity, and a belief that the best marketing is fundamentally human.
We asked a simple question when we started in 2018: What if we could do work we feel good about, with people we like? In logistics, that answer comes easily. The work matters. The people are real. And when marketing is actually built for this world, it shows.
The name is not an accident.

In transportation, a drop and hook is one of those rare solutions that works for everyone. A driver drops a trailer and hooks into another that's ready to go, no waiting around, no touching freight, no wasted time. The shipper gets efficiency and cost savings. The driver keeps moving. It's a win-win in the truest sense, and those are rarer than you'd think.
That's exactly what we set out to build when founder Michelle LeBlanc launched the agency after nearly a decade working with transportation and logistics companies. She had seen firsthand how a smart, repeatable approach, done consistently and at scale, could transform a brand. She had also seen what happened when companies in this industry tried to work with agencies that didn't understand them. A lot of wasted time. A lot of generic content. A lot of starting from scratch.
The Drop & Hook model is built around eliminating that friction. What started as one founder asking a hard question has grown into a team of specialists serving carriers, freight technology companies, 3PLs, and logistics service providers across the country. We've earned TMSA Trailblazer Awards, achieved HubSpot Gold Partner status, and built a client roster that proves what's possible when marketing is actually built for this industry.
