IMC Logistics, the largest marine drayage operator in the U.S., sought to be a trusted voice in the industry. To achieve this, we strategically leveraged trending discussions on port congestion, a topic of high industry interest, to secure media placements, amplify IMC’s expertise, and influence industry perceptions. Our efforts led to a non-sponsored guest appearance on FreightWaves’ “What The Truck?!” podcast, providing IMC Logistics with a valuable platform to share insights. We also secured four additional podcast interviews, built reciprocal relationships with key industry journalists, earned 20K+ impressions, and a 4.5% engagement rate.

Moving the Mission

With #WreathsAcrossAmerica earning 2.7 million views on TikTok before the nonprofit even had a profile, we knew untapped potential existed on the platform. Leveraging insights gained from a social listening audit, drop & hook crafted a comprehensive TikTok rollout strategy aligned with Wreaths Across America's mission and the non-profit's goal to forge new partnerships with transportation companies. After our initial launch, our combined efforts resulted in significant growth, amassing 575 TikTok followers, 53.7K video views, and 2.6K engagements in less than one year. In addition to growing brand awareness, we inspired new drivers to move the mission.

CFI - Recruiting Campaign

At drop & hook, our goal is always to do better than we’ve done before, and that’s exactly what we did when we were tasked with generating an increase in leads for CFI’s driver recruiting team. We identified an opportunity to test Google’s new Performance Max campaign type to expand ad reach and placement opportunities, thus improving performance and meeting CFI’s goals. By harnessing Google’s Performance Max campaign type over traditional Search campaigns alone, we increased impressions by 365K, clicks by 4.47K, decreased our average cost per click by $0.58, and decreased cost per conversion by 56% in one year.
